Casual Valentines Outfit Idea | Flirty Ruffles

Valentine’s Day is the perfect excuse to wear all shades of pink. Not like we need an excuse anyway- Gimme all the pink! Pink is one of my favorite colors and this top is no exception. I wanted to share a casual, yet dressy outfit that could easily transition from a lunch date with your Galentines into a night time look with your Love.

I found this bright, fun pink top at Target! It is currently only available in plus sizes, but I linked similar tops under $20 Here & Here. I just love the tiered ruffles and can we talk about those sleeves!? Is is definitely a fun and flirty blouse. I paired it with This pair of white jeans from Nordstrom Rack for this look, but I would also pair it with a denim jean and cute sandals or heels- Whichever you feel most comfortable in. I love this neutral Steve Madden crossbody bag! I can’t wait to use it all Spring long! Add a pair of fun earrings and you’re ready to go!

Embroidery Top + The Perfect Jeans

Embroidery is everywhere and it is no stranger to me. It reminds me of middle school when I ripped my jeans (before it was a style) and my mom told me it would be cool to iron a patch over the rip. I can’t remember what it was, but I loved it and rocked it. Soon my friends wanted patches too and the rest is history. 

Let’s dive into this outfit! 

Off the shoulder (OTS) tops are trending and I knew I had to add this one to my collection. The embroidery is so cute and the flowy fabric makes this shirt so light weight and perfect for Spring. I found it at Marshalls, but this top HERE is very similar and under $20! Another great OTS top can be found HERE. 

Jeans are normally always hard to find because everything is so long on my 5’1″ self! I usually buy size 2S (short) and they always fit perfectly length wise. These Levi jeans HERE are the same pair that are pictured. I found them at Target on sale + like 20% with cartwheel coupons. I always keep an eye out for steals!

Tuesday Shoesday | Nudes + Neutrals

Usually when I’m out doing a little retail therapy, clothing is what I splurge on. Lately, I’ve been obsessed with buying shoes! Since Florida doesn’t really have much of a weather change, sandals and wedges are a staple year round! 
I love pops of color and it’s strange that I own so many nude colored shoes! I guess that’s what I have my purse for! I swear that people remember mike and I in the stores because of it! It’s bright pink, I don’t know how you could miss us!  Ha ha 

Back to the shoes! 

I love a wedge because it gives my short 5’1″ self a little bit of height!  & since I can’t walk very well in a high heel, they’re usually my go to for date night! 

These wedges are similar to my wedges. The exact pair I have were a steal from Target. They are the perfect height and look great with jeans, shorts and amazing with dresses + rompers! 

Espadrilles are so popular this Spring! They have a casual Glam feel to them. I found this Catherine Malandrino pair but I couldn’t find he exact rose gold pair I got. They are from Nordstrom Rack. I’ve added a cute Kate spade style Right here! They’re so comfortable and even look great with dresses! 

Chunky wedge heels are everywhere this Spring! I found my dupe at Marshalls, but the Steve Madden booties are very similar! If you wanna splurge, this Vince Camuto pair is beautiful!! 

Finally to my favorites: ballet flats!! They’re so feminine and I love the lace up around the ankle. I have this pair in cobalt blue, but the nude matches with so much more!
